Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Filevine Administrator with strong experience in legal operations and project management to assist customers in optimizing their use of the Filevine legal tech platform. This role is integral in aligning technology solutions with the client law firm’s operational goals, ensuring streamlined workflows, and driving adoption across teams.
Must be in the Atlanta Area.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance on system configurations and bespoke workflows to ensure the platform is architecturally aligned with the firm’s organizational structure.
Operational Troubleshooting & Enablement: Resolve complex technical issues while fostering a culture of self-sufficiency through comprehensive training, documentation, and scalable self‑service resources.
Platform Optimization & Adoption: Drive organization‑wide engagement by spearheading feature rollouts and identifying high‑impact process improvements that maximize platform ROI.
Product Evangelism & Continuous Education: Maintain deep subject matter expertise on the Filevine product roadmap (LEX, milestones, and iterative updates) to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of platform capabilities.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the technical components of personnel transitions, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding workflows to maintain data integrity and user productivity.
Business Process Auditing: Systematically evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and realign digital tools with the firm's broader operational objectives.
Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Hands‑on administration of Filevine or comparable legal technology platforms.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of legal workflows, regulatory compliance, and high‑level client service standards.
System Integration: Proficiency in managing SaaS ecosystems, including system integrations and end‑to‑end process automation.
Collaborative Leadership: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
Educational Impact: Outstanding communication abilities tailored for user training, technical support, and organizational change management.
Technological Advocacy: A passion for solving complex problems, driving platform adoption, and empowering legal teams through technology.
Industry Background: Previous experience in a law firm, legal department, or paralegal role is strongly preferred.
Compensation Base salary range: $80,000 – $94,000. The total compensation package will be determined by location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills, and performance.
