Trueline's client, a nationally recognized real estate development firm, is seeking a

Real Estate Paralegal

to join their team in Menomonee Falls, WI (hybrid). This role supports in-house legal counsel across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, offering strong exposure to high-impact development projects and long-term career growth.

What You'll Do as the Real Estate Paralegal:

Support three attorneys across all phases of real estate development transactions from LOI through closing and beyond

Review title commitments and surveys, and assist in resolving title issues and exceptions

Draft and organize legal documents including agreements, closing materials, and summaries

Manage closing checklists and coordinate transaction timelines and deliverables

Track critical dates tied to purchase agreements and ensure compliance with deadlines

Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders including law firms and title companies

Assist with post-closing activities such as closing binders and construction closeout documentation

Contribute to improvements in legal processes and workflow efficiency

Must-Haves as the Real Estate Paralegal:

3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate, either in-house, at a law firm, or with a title company

Strong experience with title and survey review in a development environment

Solid understanding of real estate transactions from due diligence through closing

High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize multiple workstreams, and handle sensitive information

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Nice-to-Haves as the Real Estate Paralegal:

Experience supporting multiple attorneys or stakeholders simultaneously

Exposure to large-scale development projects or multifamily real estate

Familiarity with legal tech tools or process improvement initiatives
