What you’ll be doing:
Manage customer bank transfers and account statements using SAP, and update the Excel master database according to specific instructions from Customer Service Amazon order flow management: Check and modify incoming orders in the SAP dashboard and perform a double check on the Amazon Vendor Central portal Communicate any discrepancies in pricing and lead times Coordinate and interact with Logistics and Sales teams regarding missed deliveries and/or unloading appointments Verify and monitor the presence of ASN (Advanced Shipment Notification) on orders and liaise with IT for issue resolution Availability for a six-month full-time internship starting in
May/June 2026 A degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent command of the English language Reliability, proactivity, and strong teamwork skills Flexible way of working Free Bistrot Service Access to our corporate gym A dynamic work experience in an international context Free coffee (of course!)
