Sales Engineer – Hydronics
Sales Engineer – Hydronics to grow our market presence by developing strong customer relationships and delivering innovative hydronic and steam system solutions. This role focuses on expanding key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and guiding projects from concept through execution.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, and owners
Identify and convert sales opportunities within existing and new accounts
Collaborate with engineering teams on hydronic equipment selection and system design
Conduct site visits, review plans, and define project requirements
Develop and present customized solutions, proposals, and pricing strategies
Lead contract negotiations and close deals
Coordinate project handoff to operations and ensure successful execution
Provide forecasting, account planning, and ongoing customer support
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field
Strong HVAC knowledge, especially hydronics systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage accounts and close sales
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
(~25%) Travel
