Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Representative based in Phoenix, AZ, with the opportunity to work remotely as needed. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, presenting and promoting products and system solutions, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. The representative will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions while meeting sales goals and company objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Presentations and the ability to effectively communicate product value and system solutions
Experience in Relationship Building and a strong commitment to fostering long-term client partnerships
Strong skills in Customer Service to address client needs promptly and professionally
Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
Proven ability in New Business Development, identifying leads, and expanding market presence
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Understanding of HVAC systems, industrial piping, or related industries considered a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
