The Role
You will join a leading commercial real estate group, advising clients across a broad spectrum of transactional and advisory matters, including: Ac quisitions, dispositions and financing of commercial real property Representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters Acting on loans secured by commercial real estate Land development matters, including condominiums, covenants and related agreements Drafting and negotiating contracts with developers, builders and third‑party service providers This role offers excellent breadth across the commercial real estate lifecycle, with exposure to complex, high‑value matters. The Candidate
Commercial Real Estate Associate with 3+ years’ relevant experience Strong background in commercial real estate transactions and financing Experience across acquisitions, leasing and development work Excellent academic credentials Strong written, analytical and verbal communication skills North Carolina Bar admission preferred (or ability to waive in) Proactive, ambitious and collaborative in approach.
