We’re expanding our customer service team and looking for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a team environment, and wants to grow with a company that truly values its people.

The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a key part of our day-to-day operations—helping customers, supporting agents, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a non-sales role focused on service, accuracy, and care.

If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and being part of a team that has each other’s backs, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Answer and return customer phone calls with professionalism and empathy

Respond to customer support emails in a timely, friendly manner

Assist with policy-related requests and general service questions

Handle daily printing and mailing of policy documents

Process returned mail and help keep customer records accurate

Support general administrative and clerical tasks

Help keep the office organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Customer service experience required

Insurance experience strongly preferred (life insurance a plus)

Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure

Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
