About the Role
Polsinelli, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated mid‑level associate to join our Real Estate group. The position is open to any of our firm’s locations.
Responsibilities
Represent lenders or borrowers in sophisticated real‑estate debt transactions.
Assist property owners and investors in multi‑faceted real‑estate and real‑estate finance transactions with institutional lenders, private equity, and developers across asset classes.
Draft and review core transaction documents and run transactions from inception through closing and post‑closing.
Navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively, supporting the growth and expansion of our national practice.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years experience representing either lenders or borrowers in real‑estate debt and similar transactions.
Experience in acquisition, mezzanine, construction, refinancing, and loan modification financings.
Experience with joint ventures and other equity arrangements is a plus.
Strong writing, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
JD and active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $240,000 – $435,000, depending on experience.
Discretionary bonus based on performance.
