Contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors are not employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners. Duration: 6 months. Location: USA Remote. The Employee Relations Partner (Contract) will support the Employee Relations team in a fast‑growing, international environment. This role is pivotal to the organization, collaborative in nature, and will flex and grow as the organization matures. Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance to leaders and People Business Partners on sensitive employee relations matters, including performance management, misconduct, interpersonal conflicts, leaves, and accommodations. Conduct investigations into complex and nuanced employment matters, partnering with PBPs, Legal, and other stakeholders to adhere to investigative best practices and achieve optimal outcomes. Drive workforce change initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, risk mitigation, and support for leaders and employees. Use HR analytics and data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and make data‑driven recommendations to the leadership team and People team colleagues. Support internal projects and initiatives as needed. Advocate for equitable and fair treatment, ensuring practices align with the company’s core values. Qualifications

Minimum five years of employee relations experience in an HRBP or employee relations advisory role, or equivalent employment law practice. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust, rapport, and influence across all levels of the company. Experience conducting investigations and advising on a wide range of sensitive and complex employee relations issues. Demonstrated experience executing change‑management programs, prioritizing, and managing time in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with a passion for using data and insights to make a positive impact on the business. Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and ER best practices. Track record of effectively coaching leaders to action in sensitive or ambiguous situations. Preferred

Legal degree. Global employee relations experience. Project management experience. Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required. Compensation

Hourly wage range: $45–$49, depending on qualifications, experience, and work location. This posting reflects the hourly wage only and does not include benefits. (Benefits are provided by the staffing agency.)
