
Client Relations Administrator

We’re hiring a Client Relations Administrator (CRA) on behalf of our client—a growing, faith-based wealth management firm located in Franklin, TN. The firm manages over $1.2B in assets, serves primarily high-net-worth retirees and pre-retirees, and is nationally recognized for its strong culture, team-based model, and rapid growth trajectory.
Role Summary As a CRA, you will serve as the backbone of the advisory team, working within a 'fire team' structure that includes a Senior Advisor, a Paraplanner, and a Servicing Advisor. Your primary focus will be on supporting new business processing, maintaining client accounts, and ensuring seamless service delivery that reflects the firm’s core values of integrity, excellence, and care.
Core Responsibilities
Partner with advisors to process new business applications and account openings
Manage ongoing client account maintenance, including beneficiary changes, service requests, and transfers
Utilize internal systems (including Firelight) to ensure accuracy and reduce errors in annuity applications
Serve as a first point of contact for client administrative needs
Collaborate with operations team to balance workload and provide consistent client experience across all advisors
Proactively identify opportunities to add value through thoughtful touches and service initiatives
Participate in team meetings, culture events, and continuous learning opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile
1–2+ years of prior experience in wealth management or financial services
Series 65 license preferred; willingness to pursue required
Familiarity with custodians and annuities strongly valued
Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt, and apply new knowledge
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team player with humility, curiosity, and client-first mindset
Alignment with the firm’s faith-based culture and values
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $60K–$80K+, depending on experience and licensing
Monthly 'PATS' client service incentive bonus ($100–$200/month)
Annual discretionary bonus, historically $2K–$8K
18 days of front‑loaded PTO, 11 holidays
Health, dental, and vision insurance (50% employer‑paid; eligibility after one full calendar month)
Support for Series 65 exam prep and licensing fees
Team‑oriented culture with recognition programs and firmwide events
This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Franklin, TN. The firm operates in a high‑growth yet family‑oriented environment, with a 'work hard, play hard' ethos.
