Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Samsung Signage Representative based in Puerto Rico. The Samsung Signage Representative will be responsible for promoting Samsung's commercial displays to clients, providing technical product expertise, managing sales, and supporting marketing efforts to drive brand recognition. Additional tasks include providing customer service, demonstrating product features, and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends to assist in strategy development.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
Proficiency in Product Knowledge specific to commercial displays, appliances, monitors, and related technologies
Experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, and Problem-Solving
Strong Communication and Presentation skills, with an ability to effectively convey product benefits
Understanding of Marketing, Promotion Techniques, and Market Analysis
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment as well as independently
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
Experience in the electronics or commercial display industry is an advantage
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
