Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Skilled Nursing Facility
Now staffing Physical Therapist Assistants for the Rehab Department in state‑of‑the‑art SNFs throughout NYC and surrounding areas.
Hourly Pay Rate: $31–$34 (W‑2), $35–$38 (1099).
Job Duties
Collaborate daily with the PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, stroke, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
