Account Manager – Pediatric Nutrition The Account Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day client management for one of VML’s largest Health & Lifestyle accounts in the pediatric nutrition category. This role supports the Account Director and Account Supervisor, identifies new growth opportunities, and ensures long‑term success through collaboration across Strategy, Analytics, Creative and Project Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Account Leadership to translate the client’s vision into a roadmap that achieves client goals, producing creative, measurable, and culturally impactful work.

Manage, inspire, and motivate project teams—reviewing deliverables, providing strategic oversight, and ensuring the work is recognized, used, and appreciated.

Support Account Supervisors and Directors in weekly status reports, decks, and presentations—collaborate with cross‑functional internal and client‑side stakeholders.

Participate in internal vision and strategy sessions, develop strong relationships, and communicate effectively with clients, agency partners, and internal teams.

Drive profitability at scale within teams and across new offerings, building innovative best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

1‑3+ years of client services experience in a digital and/or creative agency.

Experience coordinating projects across production, social, commerce, and shopper‑marketing channels.

Familiarity with the CPG client category.

Proven ability to build relationships that generate new, profitable revenue and drive incremental growth.

Excellent collaboration skills in a team‑oriented multi‑agency workplace.

Outstanding attention to detail and client‑service support.

General understanding of budgets and client financial processes.

Compensation Base salary range: $35,000—$75,000 USD. Individual compensation varies by job‐related factors such as location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
