Responsibilities
Revenue & Deal Operations - Create, manage, and track quotes and work with Sales, Client Success, and Finance.
Revenue & Deal Operations - Ensure deal compliance with pricing, contract terms, and approval workflows
KPI Ownership & Reporting - Identify trends, risks, and gaps across pipeline, bookings, and renewals
CRM & Systems Enablement - Support ongoing management of HubSpot CRM, including data hygiene, reporting, and user support
Cross-Functional Partnership - Support forecasting, planning, and ad hoc analysis requests
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and reporting
Strong analytical and Excel skills (basic pivot tables, charts, graphs, VLOOKUP)
Experience partnering with Finance and Customer-facing teams
Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight
