Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical expert, educating and empowering our distribution partners to master and deploy Trimble full suite of construction solutions. Solve complex customer pain points by designing integrated solutions that combine hardware and software into a single, seamless workflow. Spearhead technical selling and after-sales processes, ensuring our partners are fully equipped to quote, install, and commission high-impact technology. Act as a visionary advocate for the customer, gathering real-world feedback to influence the next generation of Trimble product development. Represent Trimble at major industry trade shows and training events, showcasing the future of construction technology to diverse audiences. Essential Skills & Experience

You possess a deep understanding of civil construction processes and a strong aptitude for survey or construction practices. You have a proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical systems and articulate the value of technology to both dealers and end-users. You are an engaging communicator, comfortable presenting to large audiences and building effective relationships across multiple functions. You demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment. You are physically capable of spending long hours on construction sites and are ready to travel approximately 50% of the time. Bonus Points For

Experience developing technical training content or report cards to grade dealer capabilities. Background in earthmoving, specialty construction, or construction software platforms. Logistics

Location: Texas (Remote/Field-based) Travel Requirement: 50% across Texas Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $94,200.00 - $132,900.00 (full-time; ranges and description reflect good faith estimates and may vary) Pay Rate Type: Salary Bonus Eligible? No Commission Eligible?
