Part Time Seasonal Apartment Leasing Agent

We currently have an opportunity for a Part Time Seasonal Leasing Professional at our Ann Arbor apartment community; Ann Arbor Woods Apartments. This is a seasonal position from now until August with up to 25 hours per week. The Leasing professional is the face of our company and property, often the first point of contact for prospective residents. This position allows you to build relationships with prospective residents and show them why they should select our property as their home. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and to provide a positive customer experience. We will pay up to $20/hr. plus commission. Applicants are required to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Greeting existing and potential residents

Showing and renting apartments

Qualifying applicants

Follow‑up with potential residents

Preparation of lease packages and lease renewals

Handling resident issues

General clerical duties

Social Media Management
