We are seeking a highly experienced
Personal Injury Paralegal
to join a dynamic and growing legal team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a proven track record in personal injury case support.
Requirements
✅ 7+ years of experience as a Paralegal (Personal Injury preferred)
✅ Strong experience in PI case management
✅ Proficiency in scheduling and calendaring deadlines
✅ Experience with legal filing systems (e-filing and physical filing)
✅ Ability to draft legal documents, correspondence, and routine pleadings
✅ Excellent organizational and time management skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
⚖️ Responsibilities
Manage personal injury case files from intake through resolution
Maintain attorney calendars and coordinate deadlines
Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents
Handle filing of court documents and case materials
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
Support attorneys with case preparation and trial readiness
