
Corporate Paralegal

Hybrid schedule with four days on site, Monday through Thursday and one remote day on Friday
Elevate is partnering with a leading global investment management firm to identify a Corporate/IM Paralegal to join a highly collaborative legal team. In this role, you will support attorneys handling a wide range of matters related to fund formation and operations, trading activity, treasury functions, and broader corporate initiatives.
This position offers meaningful exposure across the business and serves as a central point of coordination among legal, investor relations, marketing, compliance, finance, and accounting teams. The successful candidate will contribute to both ongoing workflows and firmwide projects, playing an active role in managing corporate entities, supporting regulatory processes, assisting with investor communications, and facilitating board and governance activities. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with prior experience at a top tier law firm or within an investment management organization
Strong understanding of corporate legal operations and fund related documentation
Demonstrated strength in organization, communication, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Skills
Background supporting hedge funds or private equity platforms
Familiarity with fund structures, key fund terms, and investor side letter administration
Experience using document management systems and visual or diagramming tools
