What You’ll Be Doing:
Drafting pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and subpoenas. Seamlessly handling state and federal e-filings and conducting preliminary legal research. Manage discovery, including drafting responses to interrogatories and production requests Collaborate with clients and attorneys to move cases forward What We’re Looking For:
At least 2+ years of experience in a litigation environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management software (e.g., Needles, Clio, or TrialPad) is a plus. A Paralegal Certificate or degree is preferred, but your hands-on litigation experience is what matters most.
