Overview
This is an opportunity to join a well established industrial investment sales and leasing team while representing a large national brokerage firm. We'll provide structure, training and clients/assets to work on day one.
Needs A vehicle
Willingness to work in Fort Lauderdale office 4-5 days per week during normal business hours
Having sales experience to include cold calling is a requirement seeing as you'll be asked to complete 60-90 dials per day in addition to other job duties.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Associate. The Real Estate Associate will support clients by assisting with leasing activities, managing commercial real estate transactions, and supporting development projects. Responsibilities include market research, property analysis, lease negotiations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The candidate will collaborate closely with the brokerage team to provide insights and strategies to meet client goals in the commercial real estate landscape.
Qualifications
Understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate markets
Experience in Real Estate Transactions and Real Estate Development processes
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
