Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative will sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model to small business owners. This role involves cold calling, prospecting, presentations, account management, and building long‑term client relationships across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities
Selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
Building and growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through strong account management.
Performing virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
Developing strong client relationships and providing consultative sales support.
Qualifications

Compensation Base salary: $51,000 per year. Uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and an on‑target earning potential of $100,000–$120,000 in Year 1 and $132,000–$152,000 in Year 2.
