About The Role We are looking for a strategic and highly analytical leader to own and scale agent retention and lifecycle in Spain, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the systems that drive agent engagement, activation, and long‑term success, ensuring top‑performing agents have the right experience, incentives, and support to thrive.

Agent success sits at the heart of our growth. In this role, you will take full ownership of the agent lifecycle, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to implement initiatives, solve complex challenges, and continuously improve retention outcomes. You will build the operating system for agent lifecycle excellence, influence stakeholders across the organization, and translate insights into scalable programs that directly impact company growth and performance.

The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

Define and lead the company’s agent retention strategy, with a strong focus on the first 90 days of the agent lifecycle.

Build and scale the data infrastructure for lifecycle performance, including dashboards and reporting frameworks covering churn, retention, activation, and tenure.

Identify key drivers of early‑stage churn through deep cohort analysis and develop targeted interventions to improve retention outcomes.

Design and implement scalable retention levers, including incentive structures, engagement programs, and performance reinforcement mechanisms.

Lead the development of structured feedback loops, including exit insights and lifecycle diagnostics, to continuously improve the agent journey.

Partner closely with City Leads, KAMs, and Central Teams to drive operational improvements and ensure strong early ramp performance.

Translate insights into strategic initiatives that improve activation, engagement, and long‑term agent productivity.

Test, iterate, and scale retention initiatives, embedding experimentation and continuous improvement into the lifecycle strategy.

Act as the central owner of churn and retention initiatives, influencing stakeholders and aligning the organization around agent success.

The Perfect Match: What We're Looking for

5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or Consulting roles within high‑growth or operationally complex environments.

Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Experience working with large datasets to drive strategic decision‑making and operational improvements.

Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

A structured, problem‑solving mindset with strong execution capability.Comfortable navigating performance discussions and operational challenges in high‑accountability environments.

Fluency in Spanish and English.
