This role partners with senior leadership, talent acquisition, human potential and external advisors to ensure programs attract, retain, and motivate top executive talent while maintaining compliance and governance standards.**Essential Functions*** Develop and manage executive compensation strategies that support business objectives and align with shareholder interests.* Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable executive pay practices.* Administer and maintain incentive plans including, performance-based bonuses, and deferred compensation.* Administer executive retirement plans and executive retiree plans.* Review total rewards package with new executive hires.* Prepare and present reports for senior leadership and Compensation Committees.* Partner with TA on extending offers and presenting the total compensation package for executives.* Collaborate with external consultants and legal advisors to ensure best practices and adherence to evolving regulations.* Support executive compensation audits and risk assessments to maintain transparency and mitigate potential issues.**Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field* 5+ years in compensation, with at least 3 years focused on executive or incentive compensation* Experience with administering health and retirement plans* Certification in related area desirable (i.e. CCP, CBP, PHR)

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $115,128.00 - $167,336.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
