An independent advisory firm based in New York City manages approximately $26 billion in assets, providing financial advice and portfolio management to U.S.-based families and charitable institutions. They are seeking an Analyst to join their Client Portfolio Management Team to support portfolio construction and client decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and actively monitor client wealth systems, including asset allocation, performance, and liquidity. Organize, maintain, and synthesize client information and data for portfolio oversight. Coordinate client workflows and partner with internal teams across reporting, investments, and operations. Contribute to new business initiatives through prospect research and preparation of materials. Qualifications
1–2 years of professional experience with the ability to manage and synthesize complex information. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Compensation
Salary: $105,000 – $115,000, Plus Bonus.
