
Delivery Executive - Lockheed Martin

Purpose and Objectives
The Delivery Executive (DE) provides effective services delivery program oversight on the multi-year Lockheed Martin (LM) Strategic account. In this billable role, the DE works closely with the customer, the Customer Engagement Partner, and other partners to ensure the overall success of the implementation of SAP solutions for the LM 1LMX Modernization Program and is a significant contributor to the overall success of the customer relationship. The DE is responsible for ensuring that effective Program Governance using a Program/Project paradigm is established and is the primary point person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle, from sales support through implementation and post‑go‑live for the program and all chartered projects. The DE will also coordinate with SAP NS2 Cloud Delivery Team and other SAP teams, provide oversight for DEs and/or PMs, and support additional SAP Services. Responsibilities
Build credibility and trust with LM leadership through successful delivery of projects within the 1LMX program. Manage overall services relationship between customer, partner and SAP to ensure projects/programs are delivered on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction. Analyze and execute strategic projects, build consensus among stakeholders, and align project tactics with corporate strategy. Provide guidance to the SAP project team on resource strategy, issues and escalation management, project execution, and general information. Work with CEP when new service sales opportunities are identified to expand business and report opportunity status and revenue KPIs to management. Manage talent and workforce, following a strong career framework that includes skills enhancement and career development planning. Identify and develop business opportunities, creating long‑term value plans with the customer to achieve business objectives and expand SAP services on the account. Assist the SAP license sales team in closing any software deals, overseeing implementation planning, estimating, and coordinating multiple SAP LOBs and partners. Support administrative and cultural excellence by demonstrating values‑based behaviors (Customer Focus, Quality, Product Excellence, Integrity, Commitment, and Passion). Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 10–15 years of SAP services sales and services delivery experience, including services management. Major Systems Integrator experience and history of leading 100+ person teams on contracts exceeding $50–600M in total value desired. SAP implementation leadership experience required (S/4, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, BTP or a combination). Prior Aerospace & Defense industry experience preferred but not required. PMI PMP certification highly desired (and willingness to obtain if not held). Track record of achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client projects of meaningful scope and duration. Proven ability to build trusted relationships at the client executive level. Ability to effectively manage and resolve client escalations. Annualized compensation range (base salary + variable incentive target) for this position is $243,300 - $571,700. The actual offer will depend on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other factors as determined by the selection process.
