Kelly Services is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join a growing industrial solutions organization. You will play a key role in driving revenue, supporting customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Interface directly with customers to generate and grow sales

Provide technical support via phone and email

Collaborate with sales representatives to support business development efforts

Generate and manage documentation for production

Support internal production and operations teams as needed

Assist in facilitating day-to-day operational activities

Qualifications

Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a professional environment

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Industrial experience or technical background is a plus

Competitive base salary: $100,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
