Schedule Sunday‑Saturday; 6am CST – 10pm CST (open for a 40‑hour work week).

Position Summary The main function of a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist is to interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections.

Responsibilities

Take inbound calls and place outbound calls to follow up with customers on appointment scheduling.

Schedule technicians to come out for inspections and book next appointments; performance is measured on % of leads per call.

Handle 80–100 calls a day.

Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.

Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.

Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
