Position Summary:
IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled
Leasing Consultant
to be responsible for leasing activities at our
176-unit
apartment community located in
Union City ,
California . The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.
Job Duties:
Strong leasing and marketing efforts
Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required
Job Requirements:
At least one year of multi-family leasing experience
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated
Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate with good organizational skills
Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday, 9AM to 6PM
Education Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline
Schedule : Tuesday – Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm
