
Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative works with clients in identifying their needs regarding proper preparation for incoming repairs, status on orders in house, and acts as liaison between clients and Sales Representatives.
Role & Responsibilities
Answer all incoming calls
Sell additional services or products to clients
Build and maintain effective professional relationships with clients.
Initiate the RGA process to ensure proper tracking on all incoming orders.
Provide clients with shipping labels for all incoming repairs.
Provide clients and Sales Representatives with status updates on all orders via email notification and telephone.
Contact clients by phone and email to retrieve Purchase Order Numbers for all completed repairs that are ready to ship.
Handle queries about company products and services.
Possess detailed knowledge about the company's products.
Ensure full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customers to other staff members.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Meet customer needs, offer options, resolve problems and follow up with customers.
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present oneself and the company in a professional manner.
Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs.
Interpersonal and customer service skills required.
May be required to sit for long periods of time.
