Urban Coast Properties has an immediate opening for a Property Manager role. Urban Coast Properties offers a tremendous growth opportunity and empowers individuals to take pride and ownership of their role. We have continued to grow and are looking for someone to grow with the company as we continue to increase our managed portfolio.
This role is responsible for assigned clients and properties and managing tenant relations, owner relations, reporting, leasing, work order management, and all functions related to managing the assigned portfolio. Candidates must be customer service oriented, have a can‑do attitude, and be able to communicate effectively with clients. Excellent writing/email skills are a must. Some aspects of the job include:
Operate properties within the financial budgets and expectations of ownership
Manage on-site community managers
Maintain the standards and expectations of Urban Coast Properties
Manage leasing and ensure minimal vacancy, screening and approving tenants
Ensure resident requests are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
Owner reporting and communication, ensuring accurate and timely reports
Schedule building activity including move‑ins/move‑outs, verify insurance, manage vendors
Keeping up to date on rental management laws
Qualifications
Previous experience in property management required, 1 – 2 years minimum
Previous experience with AppFolio
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable
Task oriented
Team player
Being a ‘face’ of Urban Coast Properties and handling situations with care and careful thought.
