Senior Associate
to join its
commercial real estate practice .
The Role
Handle borrower and lender‑side commercial real estate financing matters, including negotiating and managing complex loan documentation
Analyze and resolve title and survey issues, and coordinate title‑related deliverables through closing
Support a broader mix of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, with related financing components
Work directly with clients and internal deal teams to efficiently move transactions from diligence through closing
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate lending at a law firm or similar practice
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with financing and transaction documents
Comfortable juggling multiple active matters in a deadline‑driven environment
Clear communicator with a practical, solutions‑oriented approach
MA Bar Admission
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $150,000–$225,000, depending on experience
