
Employee Relations Culture Specialist

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute employee morale and engagement initiatives, including large-scale events (e.g., Family Day), employee recognition programs, and ongoing culture-building activities for both hourly and salaried employees.
Support the design and delivery of employee recognition programs, celebrations, and appreciation initiatives that reinforce positive workplace culture and organizational values.
Identify morale opportunities, respond to employee feedback, and translate engagement goals into actionable programs and events.
Coordinate logistics for employee engagement activities, including vendor management, scheduling, communication timelines, material preparation, and on-site execution support.
Develop and distribute internal engagement communications related to morale initiatives, recognition programs and events using appropriate channels (e.g., newsletters, digital platforms, signage, displays).
Research employee and labor relations trends and best practices to assist management to facilitate prompt and effective resolution of workplace concerns.
Archive and generate quantitative and qualitative reports for HMGMA management as requested.
Perform administrative and other occasional tasks/duties related to the job as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Bachelor’s degree
Majors in Communications, Marketing Event Management, Hospitality Management, Human Resource, or a relevant field
Minimum three (3) years of experience in supporting employee engagement, morale initiatives, internal events, recognition programs or internal communications.
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred
Experience supporting employee engagement or morale initiatives in a manufacturing, industrial, or large‑scale workforce environment
Experience coordinating large employee events
Basic graphic design or content development experience (e.g., Canva) is preferred but not required.
