As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will be based at our DENOVO MARKET AT SOUTHSIDE BRANCH located at 2811 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32806. Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

Acquire and expand share of wallet for mass affluent clients and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue, achieving business results through leadership and collaboration with ecosystem partners.

Generate proactive leads and referrals, leveraging bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new mass affluent households; manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 1MM in sales revenue, translating customer information into actionable sales strategies.

Develop ecosystem leadership as a COI, working across PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage, identifying the best resources to meet customer needs and holding partners accountable for updates and referrals.

Deliver exceptional customer experience through advanced conversation skills, tailoring solutions and solving problems courteously and with urgency, advocating for mass affluent clients across product, support, operations, and other departments.

Collaborate with branch staff to identify mass affluent and business banking opportunities, creating referrals and working closely with the Branch Manager and Business Banker to expand share of wallet with business clients.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service). In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination may be considered.
