We’re looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Assistant to support day-to‑day servicing for commercial clients—primarily handling insurance certificates, invoicing, renewals, and billing follow‑ups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable work, takes pride in accuracy, and can grow into a larger role after mastering core tasks.
Please note that this position may require outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues.
Schedule as follows Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (3 Days a week); between 9am - 5pm, approximately 20-25 hours a week.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide excellent customer experience to clients via phone, email and chat
Process customer requests accurately and in a timely manner.
Accurately document client interactions.
Verify phone numbers, address and email addresses with each customer contact.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Answer phones, route calls appropriately and take messages as needed.
Other tasks as assigned.
Ideal Candidate:
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and follow‑up effectively
Proficient in using software and computer systems.
