currently seeking applicants for a **Senior Corporate Paralegal****Job Location:**This is a HYBRID position located in Malvern, PA.**What you will be doing:*** Assisting the Corporate Legal team with reviewing commercial agreements (including agreements with customers, vendors and suppliers, lease, purchase or sale of real estate) and other commercial legal documents, assisting with administrative work, drafting legal documents including agreements, policies, memos, letters, reports, certifications and notices, writing and editing emails, tracking changes in Word documents, typing documents, preparing Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, helping in the process of executing agreements and other documents.* Conducting legal research and internal investigation related to commercial issues or pending litigation.* Maintaining a list of pending litigation and litigation hold notices.* Assisting with the compliance requirements of our credit facility, employee equity plans and UBO requirements.* Updating and maintaining comprehensive and accurate records including physical and virtual database.* Performing minor accounting duties.* Communicating effectively with external consultants, counsels or departments within Vishay, regulatory agencies, external auditors and other parties as necessary.* Assisting with the drafting of resolutions and memos to the board members and preparing all other necessary documents for board and board committee meetings.* Maintaining professional subscriptions.* Making appointments, organizing meetings and conference calls related to pending legal issues.* Filing documents with relevant regulatory agencies or other parties.**What you will bring along:*** Associate degree or a post-baccalaureate certificate in Paralegal Studies. Commensurate training and experience as a contract and corporate paralegal will be considered without a degree* Minimum five years of relevant experience as a paralegal.* Ability to review agreements with suppliers, vendors and customers and agreements related to lease, purchase or sale of real estate.* Ability to work with employees of Vishay, outside counsel or third parties related to pending litigation.* Ability to work in a global team and communicate effectively in English.* Proficient with complete Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Nitro Pro and PC skills.**What can we offer you for your talent:**Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
