Director, Strategic Insights and Analytics, Oncology – Portfolio, Strategy, & Execution
Johnson & Johnson is hiring in Horsham, Pennsylvania for a leadership role focused on integrating powerful insights and analytics to drive growth opportunities for the oncology portfolio.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight and guidance for execution insights and opportunities for the Portfolio, Strategy & Execution team, focusing on Key Account Managers (KAMs), Oncology Clinical Educator (OCE) teams, and Area Business Specialist (ABS) teams.
Integrate analytics from multiple sources to evaluate marketing and field‑based tactics.
Develop dashboards that uncover patterns and trends for long‑term business success.
Apply Innovation capabilities, including AI, to drive impact in account‑centered insights and analytics.
Collaborate in designing brand and franchise strategies for sales optimization and field reporting.
Determine optimal analytic approaches considering resources and project goals.
Champion the development of innovative research and analytics methods.
Stay informed about industry trends and assess their impact on business strategies.
Lead talent strategy, including acquisition, development, and performance management.
Inspire and empower the team to excel with speed, agility, and accountability.
Cultivate meaningful internal and external partnerships to uncover important needs.
Promote a culture based on organizational values and serve as a role model for decision‑making.
Location & Travel Based in Horsham, PA; hybrid in‑office schedule with up to 10% domestic travel.
Qualifications Education
BA/BS or equivalent experience required; advanced degree desirable.
Experience & Skills
At least 10 years of practical business experience in marketing, finance, business analytics, management consulting, or related fields.
Demonstrated learning agility and ability to move across different types of markets.
Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.
Business/market experience and industry knowledge to influence company/franchise‑level decisions are required.
Minimum of 2 years of people management experience, with a proven track record of talent development and empowerment.
Broad perspective on management, strong grasp of business knowledge, and capacity for strategic thinking.
Proven analytical skills and ability to coach and train colleagues across multiple functions.
Ability to integrate and leverage insights and analytics.
Experience developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions.
Other Requirements
Hybrid in‑office schedule with up to 10% domestic travel.
