The Role The Product Manager, Consumer Marketing will be an integral member of the TREMFYA Gastroenterology (GI) Marketing team. This position is responsible for leading and implementing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and patient initiatives within the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) market. This role reports to the Group Product Director, Consumer Marketing (DTC) & Customer Experience (Cx).

Key Responsibilities

Lead external creative agencies and media partners in planning, executing, and optimizing DTC marketing programs across media channels, with a focus on Spanish-language activations (website, CRM, social media, video, display, search, patient engagement, custom content, POC, testimonials, and OOH).

Collaborate with advocacy and communications teams to identify and implement patient advocacy partnerships and initiatives.

Coordinate market research, gather patient insights, and support development of the GI patient brand offering.

Partner with Regulatory, Medical, and Legal to ensure timely and compliant review and approval of promotional materials.

Develop in-office educational materials to support patients as they begin treatment.

Collaborate with internal partners to shape and execute communication, PR, and advocacy strategies.

Provide timely updates to the field sales team regarding DTC tactics and patient education resources.

Contribute to the budget, annual business, and strategic plans.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

Experience and Skills

Minimum of 3 years of business experience; immunology experience is preferred.

Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, sales learning & development, payer, or related fields is preferred.

Creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically with excellent business insight.

Willingness to embrace AI and leverage it as an enabler.

Self-starter with accountability and strong project planning and organizational skills.

Excellent leadership and collaboration skills within a team.

Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities with timely alignment and decision-making.

Other Requirements

Based in Horsham, PA with an expectation of 3 days onsite per week (J&J Flex).

Up to 25% domestic travel, including overnight and weekend travel, may be required.

Strong English communication skills to convey value proposition.
