Role Description Ottinger Law Group is seeking a qualified Commercial Real Estate Leasing Attorney for a contract hybrid role in Nashville, TN. All remote candidates with experience will be considered. The role involves managing all aspects of commercial real estate lease drafting and review with a focus on hospitality, retail, office and industrial leasing. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in all types of commercial real estate leasing
Expertise in leases, due diligence, and lease negotiations for commercial properties
In-depth knowledge of real estate law and legal procedures
Strong detail‑oriented skills and ability to analyze complex contracts and regulatory requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Tennessee, or ability to obtain licensure promptly
Excellent client communication and relationship‑building skills
Experience working with real estate developers or other corporate clients is a plus
3-5 years of legal experience in a related field preferred
