Review and abstract complex commercial real estate leases, capturing key financial and non-financial terms within multiple property management systems. Ensure accurate interpretation and compliance with lease terms related to all payment obligations, including base rent, percentage rent, CAM (operating expenses), property taxes, and insurance. Provide cross-functional support by interpreting lease agreements and supplying critical lease data for property evaluations and due diligence activities. Respond to and help resolve tenant inquiries, including account discrepancies and disputes. Oversee lease lifecycle administration from execution through expiration, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation. Prepare, generate, and post recurring monthly rent charges. Calculate and process annual reconciliations of tenant operating expenses. Perform financial analyses and calculations to support budgeting for rental income and recoverable operating expenses. Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in lease administration or a related field Bachelor’s degree is preferred Proven ability to interpret and abstract complex commercial lease language Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with experience using lease management systems Strong written and verbal communication skills, with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight, time-sensitive deadlines Familiarity with MRI software is a plus Highly detail-oriented with strong critical thinking capabilities Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through and accountability Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Demonstrates professionalism, tact, and diplomacy in both written and verbal interactions Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
