Commercial Property Administrator

The Commercial Property Administrator provides administrative, lease, and financial support for commercial properties, ensuring lease data accuracy, timely execution of lease-driven events, and efficient property operations. This role works closely with property management, accounting, tenants, vendors, and brokerage teams to support day-to-day property and leasing activities. Primary Duties

Maintain lease abstracts, amendments, and related documentation Track and manage critical lease dates, including renewals, options, expirations, and rent escalations Enter, update, and validate tenant and lease data within property management systems Support billing accuracy, including base rent, CAM charges, percentage rent, and escalations Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring required documentation is complete Maintain accurate tenant records, contact information, and insurance documentation Assist with property-level administrative tasks, reporting, and recordkeeping Support brokerage and listing administration, including updating availability and marketing data Respond to tenant administrative inquiries and coordinate with internal teams as needed Qualifications

3+ years of commercial property management or lease administration experience preferred Experience with property management software (MRI preferred) Exposure to CoStar or similar commercial real estate platforms a plus Understanding of CAM structures, rent escalations, and percentage rent Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
