The Position As a
Trade Compliance Manager
here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a vital role in analyzing and managing tariff-related data to support the company’s efforts in mitigating tariff impacts. Your expertise will help optimize trade costs and ensure compliance with international trade regulations, contributing to the company’s financial performance and operational efficiency.
You will report directly to our Director of Trade Compliance, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact Honeywell’s ability to strategically manage tariffs and trade compliance risks by providing detailed analysis, identifying mitigation opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective tariff strategies.
Responsibilities
Analyze tariff data and trade regulations to identify opportunities for tariff mitigation and cost reduction.
Develop and maintain reports and tools to monitor tariff impacts and compliance metrics.
Collaborate with supply chain, legal, and compliance teams to implement tariff mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory adherence.
Support the evaluation of trade agreements and tariff classifications to optimize duty payments.
Qualifications You must have
Experience in tariff analysis, trade compliance, or international trade operations.
Strong knowledge of tariff regulations, trade agreements, and customs procedures.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
Ability to interpret complex trade and tariff data to provide actionable insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
Experience working in multinational companies with exposure to tariff mitigation and trade compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and adapt to changing regulatory environments.
