We are seeking an experienced
Traveling MEP Superintendent
to support large‑scale
mission critical and semiconductor construction projects
across the U.S. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced, highly technical environments and understands the precision, cleanliness, and reliability required in advanced manufacturing and critical facilities.

national, privately held design‑build construction firm
specializing in highly technical
mission critical and advanced manufacturing facilities . They are known for delivering
fast‑track, large‑scale projects
with strong MEP coordination, rigorous safety standards, and successful commissioning execution. The firm offers long‑term stability, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to work on
cutting‑edge semiconductor and mission critical builds
across the U.S.
Description
Lead onsite
MEP construction
activities for mission critical and semiconductor projects
Manage MEP subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality
Coordinate with project management, engineering, and commissioning teams
Oversee installation of HVAC, process piping, electrical, and critical utility systems
Support testing, start‑up, and commissioning through project closeout
Profile
7+ years as an MEP Superintendent or similar field leadership role
Mission critical or semiconductor construction experience
Strong knowledge of cleanrooms, critical systems, and MEP coordination
Willingness to travel full‑time nationwide
Job Offer
Competitive pay up to $170,000 + per diem, and travel support
Long‑term work on cutting‑edge mission critical semiconductor projects
