
Consumer Lending Processor (Titles)

Summary
The Consumer Lending Processors are responsible for vehicle title processing, internal mortgage processes, indirect auto loans, and loan maintenance. This position primarily focuses on managing all aspects of vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30
Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal departments, external partners, and credit union members
Process vehicle title check‑ins and releases accurately and efficiently
Track missing titles and follow up with members, dealerships, and DMVs as needed
Respond to inquiries from internal departments and members regarding title‑related matters
Maintain organized and accurate records of all titles
Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Conditions
Office environment with moderate walking
Occasional travel to branch locations
This position currently allows for a remote day once per week; however, the number of required office days are subject to change at any time based on business needs, team collaboration needs, or manager discretion
Requirements Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of six (6) months of related experience preferred
