Starting hourly rate for this position is: $22.00 per hour Pay is based on job-related experience Schedule
Monday – Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm) Sunday Rotation (8:00am - 12:30pm) Location
This position is hybrid and part time in the St. Michael location. Essential Functions
Sales calls: Provide Retail Regional team coverage, assisting in achieving budgeted sales volume and margin. Complete customer calls, provide price quotes and delivery dates while entering orders. Ensure timely and accurate data entry. Develop positive relationships with customers by utilizing excellent communication skills and a high degree of customer business knowledge. Provide immediate attention to customer needs and concerns. Proactively participate in promotions and the selling of “push” products. Customer Service: Collaborate with Customer Service team to provide excellent customer support, submitting customer issues to JB Resolution and assist in troubleshooting customer issues. Weekend Support: Responsible for reviewing the Sunday add-on line, adding items to customer orders as requested, and performing outbound calls for orders. Additional Support: Provide assistance as needed to sales reps in the field. Assist as needed with other order entry tasks as assigned. Required Skills And Qualifications
Strong organization, planning and analysis skills. Effective negotiation and closing techniques. Creates a good first impression and demonstrates confidence. Experience in high-pressure and fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task while learning new information about our customers and our industries. Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Able to make decisions regarding pricing to company standards, what products to sub and sell, which calls take priority, upselling and overall problem solving on behalf of the customer.
