Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-focused

Sales Coordinator & Education Specialist . This hybrid role combines inside sales, customer service, account support, and educational outreach. You will work closely with the Director of Sales and gain exposure to outside sales, trade shows, merchandising, and business development—offering clear opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support key retail accounts in partnership with the Director of Sales

Process orders, manage follow-ups, and coordinate shipments efficiently

Maintain CRM/NetSuite account records and generate accurate reporting

Assist with invoicing, pricing inquiries, and promotional programs

Provide cross-functional support to Inside Sales, Customer Service, and web order operations

Deliver product education and training both in-store and virtually

Support merchandising, marketing materials, and in-store displays

Represent Dragon Herbs at trade shows, demos, and educational events

Identify and support account expansion and business growth opportunities

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales, account management, retail, or customer service (wellness
atural products preferred)

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and clear, professional communication

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM systems strongly preferred

Comfortable with occasional travel and in-person presentations

Passion for herbal wellness (training provided)
