
Bilingual Territory Manager

Our client is one of the largest providers of in-home care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in California.
They're growing and looking for a bilingual Territory Manager to own referral development across Napa, Sonoma, Santa Rosa, and Petaluma. The role is field-based (mostly travel in the territory) but requires one day per week in office in Roseville.
This is a relationship-driven, field-based role focused on building long-term referral pipelines with regional health centers and community partners, not transactional selling.
What you'll do:
Build and maintain referral relationships with regional health centers, community organizations, and healthcare partners Lead educational presentations, 1:1 meetings, community events, and outreach initiatives to drive referral volume Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce and hit referral KPIs Represent the organization at community events, including occasional evenings and weekends What you have:
3+ years in sales, business development, or territory management, ideally with some exposure to healthcare, home care, or social services. Spanish fluency required Strong in the field, comfortable with regional travel, and able to build trust with healthcare decision-makers
