Your Impact We’re looking for a Senior Piping Designer for one of our Indiana (Indianapolis), Cincinnati (Ohio), Conshohocken (PA), or Cary (North Carolina) office areas. This is a hybrid role for a professional excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ businesses, including state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

Assist with drafting/design effort on projects under the supervision of the Department Manager.

Lead a group of designers on small or large capital projects.

Perform project metrics and evaluations on performance and schedule goals within specific projects or tasks.

Gather information, conduct studies, perform calculations, and prepare original rough layouts and sketches to present design proposals.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree (AA) in Computer Aided Drafting and Design or a similar technical degree.

At least 8+ years of piping design experience.

Advanced working knowledge of piping design in 2D/3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, S3D, Plant3D, CadWorx, and Navisworks.

Experience interacting with internal and client personnel.

Site work and periodic travel required.

Proficient use of AutoCAD software.

Hybrid on‑site requirement: at least 3 days per week in the Indianapolis, IN office.

Compensation The base salary range for this position is $98,300.00 to $165,000.00, paid hourly based on hours worked. Pay is determined by location and factors such as experience, skills, and education.
