broad, business-facing role
with exposure across
investments, operations, and strategic initiatives .
This role is intentionally designed for someone who wants to go beyond a traditional accounting or finance path and develop into a
well-rounded operator within a fast-scaling platform .
What You’ll Do Leverage financial reporting and data to generate insights and support key business decisions Partner across accounting, investments, and operations to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement Assist with underwriting and evaluation of new investment opportunities Analyze financial and operational data to drive efficiency and support strategic initiatives Help build, optimize, and scale internal processes as the platform continues to grow Partner with leadership on special projects, including operational initiatives and vendor relationships Own and execute cross-functional projects across finance, operations, and data
What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, consulting, or a related field (internships included) Strong understanding of financial statements and business fundamentals Genuine interest in real estate investing and business operations Analytical, curious mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement Interest in data, systems, automation, or improving how businesses operate Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
