Automotive Sales Manager with strong Finance & Insurance (F&I) expertise

to lead our sales team, maximize profitability, and ensure compliance while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.

Position Overview The Sales Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, coach and develop sales staff, and work closely with the F&I department to optimize deal structure and profitability. This role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands both front-end and back-end dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets

Desk deals and structure transactions for maximum profitability and lender approval

Collaborate closely with F&I to ensure smooth deal flow and compliance

Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and CRM activity

Ensure outstanding customer experience from greeting to delivery

Manage inventory turn, pricing strategy, and merchandising

Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership policies

Assist in hiring and onboarding new sales staff

Qualifications

3+ years of automotive sales management experience

Strong F&I background (menu presentation, lender relationships, compliance)

Proven track record of hitting sales and gross profit targets

Excellent leadership, communication, and closing skills

Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership software

High level of integrity and professionalism
