The Walmart Team CBM, Ecommerce and Derm builds and maintains effective long‑term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at assigned customer accounts. In this role you will identify and develop new sales opportunities while creating demand for the organization’s products and services. You will achieve revenue targets by increasing spend per account and conduct regular strategy meetings with customers to understand their needs and align them with the organization’s offerings. You’ll develop medium to long‑range sales plans and strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with existing clients. You will also resolve issues to ensure high‑quality customer service, while identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to enhance client retention and drive profitable business growth.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Participate in business‑planning sessions that address the four sales controllables with the Business/Sales Development Managers, Team Leaders and/or the Category Business Managers.

Plan and develop and execute customer‑specific presentations with a focus on improving distribution, merchandising, pricing, and shelving on Derm brands.

Participate in JBP process on Derm and for Ecommerce.

Align Ecommerce customer‑specific strategies and tactics that result in actionable sales plans with other area businesses to ensure business alignment with national priorities and sales objectives.

Lead the Derm brands at Walmart and internally. Ensure the business and customer specific goals are accomplished by working with the Customer Manager and Category Manager for the specific account or market area.

Provide business team and customer recommendations on ecommerce and identify business opportunities as they relate to the 4 sales controllables.

Who you are Required:

Knowledge equivalent to B.S./B.A. degree (MBA desired) with 6+ years of progressive experience in a variety of disciplines including but not limited to category management, Data Management and financial analysis and/or equivalent years of education/experience.

Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to travel as necessary or required.

Exposure to multiple channel sales development (i.e., acknowledging the differences of vertical versus marketplace management).

Basic understanding of customer service, logistics, and overall retail operations.

Excellent communication with an emphasis on good oral/written skills that allow for clear and concise presentations.

Solid critical‑thinking skills with the ability to problem‑solve, utilizing financial analysis while streamlining processes.

Results‑driven, possessing the functional/technical skills to do the work, while focusing on the needs of the customers.

Demonstrated ability to function in a team environment by providing feedback for decision making.

Strong negotiation, planning, and process management skills.

Ability to provide an analytical perspective based on analysis of syndicated data and/or customer specification data, current issues, and expertise within category that influences decisions and contributes to attainment of sales objectives, strategies and tactics.

Organized, forward‑thinking and proactive in developing business‑building selling solutions.

Able to integrate corporate objectives into account‑level business building solutions.

MBA

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $116-175k. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive program (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
